General Strip Club Dress Codes

Each club has it’s own dress code, but it’s pretty easy to explain how to dress so no matter which club you end up at, you won’t get stopped at the door.

Dress Code Dos

  • Wear slacks. Some clubs will let you in with shorts, but if you wear slacks, you’re covered at any club
  • Wear dress shoes. Some clubs won’t let you in with sneakers or sandals.
  • Wear a nice shirt. It doesn’t have to be a button down dress shirt, but a graphic tee isn’t going to cut it.

Dress Code Don’ts

  • White tee’s
  • Tank tops
  • Sandals
  • Sports Jerseys (unless it’s an event night and the jersey is related)
  • Doo rags or skull caps
  • Gang regailia
  • Torn or ripped clothing, including jeans

Sapphire doesn’t list a dress code on their website, so we contacted them directly. This is what their chatbot has to say:

Dress code depends on the discretion of security upon arrival, so we are not allowed to say yes or no on specific items. We just recommend business casual as this is an upscale club.
This basically means that security can choose arbitrarily let you based on any number of discriminating factors and claim it’s a dress code violation. So if you insist on visiting, make sure you’re dressed to impress.
