Local’s Favorite: A Touch of Las Vegas Spa

This spa is right across I-15 from the strip, so it’s just a short ride away from most resorts.

A Touch of Las Vegas offers luxury hydrotherapy rooms that include a hot tub, rain shower, and either a sauna or steam room. You can book them in a package with your massage or by themselves. We like to go before a massage to loosen up our muscles but you can add the soak at the end as well.

Pricing here is much more affordable than any major resort.

One thing that has changed over the years is the ownership. Mid-pandemic a new owner came in and changed a few things.

They changed the name to A Touch of Las Vegas: Thai Massage. Also most of the therapists appear to be Thai. But the massages are still excellent, the prices are good, and the jacuzzi rooms are always immaculate.

Just make sure you make reservations as they are often booked out several days in advance.

Local’s Favorite 2: Luxury Thai Spa

Luxury Thai Spa offers upscale massage services, but it’s a decent travel from the main resort corridor. So if you have transportation, it might be worth a visit.

Here the therapists are mostly Thai, but there are also some Chinese providers. They have rooms for up to 4 people for group massages.

They do have a shower but they only offered it to me because I’ve been there many times and they knew I was visiting after driving several hours a few times.

They also have a suite setup for manicures and pedicures, but you have to book that in advance, as the technician isn’t there every day.

Again pricing tallys much lower than the strip casino spas and their therapists are top notch.
